Perennial Women’s Wellness is a holistic women’s health practice that goes beyond traditional health services.

the problem

Handling the weeds

When Dr. Tara Horn first contacted P&P, she was facing a difficult branding challenge — a competing practice had been acquired and renamed something similar to hers. She partnered with P&P to reposition her practice and highlight her efforts to go beyond traditional women’s health.

Inspiration

Tending the whole garden

By approaching women’s health holistically through a wide variety of services, Dr. Horn is not only helping her patients be healthy. She is helping them pursue confidence and happiness. The name of her practice needed to reflect that.

Strategy & Tactics

An idea blooms

P&P explored where happiness comes from to create a visual representation of it. We landed on the center of you. When you are healthy, when you are comfortable and confident, you are happy.

If we’re healthy, if we invest in caring for ourselves, our happiness is always at our core no matter what season of life we’re in. If we are in control of our health, we will bloom as we age. And so bloomed the new name and imagery for Dr. Horn’s practice: Perennial Women’s Wellness. The center of health, beauty and happiness.

The beautiful, relaxing, spa-like environment inside the practice offered visual inspiration for her new brand. A peony — a popular southern perennial flower — is the focal point of the emblem, which is surrounded by a circle to represent Perennial’s holistic approach to women’s care as well as the natural life cycle.

Classic gold and navy are the primary colors, with deep plum and green and their light counterparts rounding out the color palette. Dot patterns are used throughout collateral materials to offer texture to the dark colors.
